Teamlead for Remote Customer Support Team in Clairvaux
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our remote customer support team in Clairvaux. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring that they provide excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of remote customer support representatives
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve their performance
- Monitor team's workload and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the team
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent communication and alignment on customer support processes
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to customer support
- Create reports on team performance metrics and present them to upper management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a remote customer support environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (French or any other language is a plus)
Salary: $900 per month
Location: This is a remote position based in Clairvaux. You will have the flexibility to work from your own home.
