Housekeeping Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, order replacements as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Respond promptly to guest requests for housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor in a hotel or similar environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English is required; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
