Office Assistant - Indian/Malayalee (Urgent)
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Indian or Malayalee, you will have a preference for this position, but it is not a strict requirement. This role does not require fluency in English, making it ideal for non-native speakers or beginners. The salary for this position is 1100$, and it does not include accommodation. However, we do offer free visa and ticket for our employees.
As an Office Assistant, your main duties will include managing administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration and possess strong communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role. As an Indian or Malayalee, you should be familiar with the culture and customs of the region.
