Executive Chef (Part-Time)
Location: Lom, Bulgaria
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lom. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and leading a team of dedicated chefs. This is a part-time position with potential for full-time employment in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menu items that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed menus
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and ingredients
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must have own visa or permit to work in Bulgaria
