As a Merchandiser for our company in Albena, Bulgaria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. Your main responsibility will be to plan and execute merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, without accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective merchandising plans
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Ensure all products are priced correctly and have accurate descriptions and labels
- Train retail staff on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Regularly analyze sales data to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products or replenishments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is required
- Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language proficiency is preferred)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while also functioning well in a team environment
- Organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as needed
- Biometric passport is required
