Office Assistant
We are a growing company based in Sofia and we are seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office setting, with strong administrative and organizational skills. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of $1400.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain filing system
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Order office supplies
- Greet clients and visitors
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
