Indian Executive Chef in Ar Rumaythiyah
An established restaurant in Ar Rumaythiyah is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our dynamic team. As the head of our kitchen, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update menus that align with the restaurant's concept and standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, portion control, and sanitation practices
- Oversee food purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain consistency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes or specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Proven track record of creating successful menus and managing kitchen operations effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including spice combinations, techniques, and traditional dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary:
