Office Assistant (Contract) - Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant for a contract position in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment by ordering new supplies when needed and ensuring everything is in working order
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1600$ per month.
