Administrator for English Speaking Company in Bayan
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our English speaking company in Bayan. This position is open to individuals of Pakistani or Malayalee nationality who have excellent communication skills in English.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to various departments. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
To excel in this role, you must have strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently. You should also possess excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with Microsoft Office and other administrative software is required.
This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1500 per month. Please note that accommodation will not be provided, so we are looking for candidates who already reside in the Bayan area or are willing to relocate at their own expense.
