Administrative Assistant
Our growing company in El-Ain is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support and coordinate various office tasks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. This position is suitable for male candidates, preferably Indian nationals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies when needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Keep track of employee attendance records
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
