Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are seeking an experienced, reliable Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff and managers.
As our Secretary, you will be required to keep accurate records, compile documents, disperse mail, answer phones and provide customer service. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing and sending out agendas, handling correspondence and organizing travel arrangements.
Our ideal Secretary will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of office experience. The applicant should also have the following skills: excellent written and verbal communication, superior organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent command of the English language, and proficiency with computers. Additionally, the applicant should have a positive attitude and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
