Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Secretary with 3 years of experience in the industry. The position is located in Al-Kuwait and we are willing to consider foreign candidates.
As a Secretary, you will be responsible for handling administrative duties and assisting with day to day tasks in the office. You will provide support to a team of professionals and help manage correspondence, research and documentation. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, creating/maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings and preparing materials for presentations.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organization and communication skills. You must have a high level of professionalism and be able to handle confidential information. You must also have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
