This position requires a highly organized and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a passion for serving as a secretary. The ideal candidate is creative and detail-oriented, with a strong command for organization and customer relations.

You will be responsible for assisting with important administrative tasks on a daily basis, such as coordinating meetings, taking notes, tracking task progress, preparing documents, arranging travel, and managing suppliers. The successful candidate will be expected to help manage our daily office operations, as well as greet visitors to the office with professionalism.
