Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team in our cafe in Al-Kuwait. We are seeking a creative individual who can offer delightful experiences to our customers. The ideal candidate should be reliable, attentive and passionate about coffee.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a barista

Excellent knowledge of speciality coffee varieties and methods of preparation

Proficient in using coffee equipment, such as grinders and espresso machines

A strong understanding of customer service

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Ability to multitask and take orders in a timely manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work flexible hours

Salary

The salary for this position is 1200 KWD. We are also willing to consider applicants from abroad and provide appropriate sponsorship.
