Job Description:

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role involves providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our team. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for a range of clerical duties, including filing, data entry, answering phones and emails, coordinating meetings, maintaining an up-to-date calendar, and carrying out daily administrative tasks.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• At least two years of experience in an office setting
• High level of written and verbal communication and fluency in English
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrable experience using office equipment and general administrative duties
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid work permit or right to work in Kuwait
• Salary is 1400 KD (Kuwaiti Dinar) per month
