Job Description
We are looking for a Secretary in Al-Kuwait. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office of the Al-Kuwait by performing a variety of duties. This includes sorting, filing and organizing office paperwork, maintaining office supplies, responding to customers and other visitors, answering phones, typing correspondence and reports, and other related duties as needed.

Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and administrative skills, good judgment and problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, excellent customer service, the ability to meet deadlines, and familiarity with office equipment such as computers and photocopiers. Additionally, a background with Al-Kuwait culture is highly desired, and a driver's license is a bonus. The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED. We are open to considering immigrants with valid work authorization.
