Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are seeking a Secretary for our office located in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will assist our team with a variety of administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.
We are offering a salary of 1200, and are willing to consider a suitable candidate from abroad. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an office environment, and be familiar with using computers and office equipment.
The primary job responsibilities of the Secretary include: providing administrative support to the team; filing and maintaining documents; arranging meetings and appointments; data entry; answering phones; preparing presentations and reports; ordering office supplies; handling customer inquires; and other general duties as required.
The successful applicant should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and must possess excellent communication skills. The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is also a must.
