Candidate Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting • Excellent knowledge of subject matter to be taught • Ability to motivate students to achieve their goals • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High level of professional responsibility • Ability to be flexible and patient in the classroom Responsibilities and Duties of the Teacher: • Create lesson plans that are engaging and meet the needs of all students • Prepare and give tests, assessments, and quizzes to evaluate student performance • Monitor student progress and provide feedback • Maintain a positive learning environment for all students • Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and faculty • Participate in school activities
