Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and refine menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and catering events.
• Purchase and manage food and kitchen supplies.
• Directly manage the culinary team and ensure they exceed expectations.
• Develop cooking criteria and standards to ensure that each product meets health and safety requirements.
• Analyze menu items and their cost to meet customer expectations.
• Research emerging trends and collaborate with other chefs to keep up-to-date with the latest food trends.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a similar role
