As a Secretary, you will provide administrative and organizational support to the team. This will involve managing a range of tasks from organizing and maintaining records and composing meeting minutes to preparing formal documents in accordance with our procedures. You will be required to make sure that all documents are accurately produced in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years' secretarial experience
• Knowledge of office procedures and furniture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
