Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate must be able to manage and motivate a team of up to 20 people. He or she will be responsible for overseeing sales agents and conducting weekly review meetings, setting and achieving goals, creating and monitoring performance standards, and providing quality customer service. The Supervisor will also be responsible for developing training plans and identifying new business opportunities.
