We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor to join our proactive team in Al-Kuwait.
The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working in a Supervisory role, ensuring that all team members are meeting goals and working effectively.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supervising the day-to-day performance of production workers;
• Setting goals and managing workflows;
• Ensuring quality of output;
• Coordinating with other departments and ensuring communication between production departments;
• Training and developing workers and also evaluating their performance;
• Dealing with customer service and handling customer complaints.

This position comes with a competitive salary of 1400 KD and we are open to considering foreign applicants.
