Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At leastfive years' experience in a supervisory role
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and take on responsibility
• Ability to follow instructions and take on difficult tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Good understanding of Kuwaiti terms and code of conduct
