Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the team
• Ensure that the filing system is organized and up-to-date
• Maintain and manage calendars
• Handle correspondence with clients, partners and other third parties
• Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
• Create reports and presentations
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications:
