We are looking for a skilled Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The Chef will oversee food preparation and delivery of high-quality cuisine to guests. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in preparing and managing kitchen staff, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and menus.
• Ensure meals are served at the appropriate temperature and in ideal portions.
• Create and design menus and food presentations.
• Inspect kitchen equipment and storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure food safety and quality assurance standards are met.
• Develop cost-effective methods of improvising menus and food presentation.
• Monitor food cost and create new ways to reduce it.
• Supervise, train and motivate kitchen staff including pre-cooks, sous chefs and line cooks.
