* Cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard-surface floors
* Daily vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors
* Dusting, wiping down and cleaning of furniture and other surfaces
* Washing and polishing of bathtubs, showers, sinks and other bath/toilet fixtures
* Replacing, stocking and cleaning necessary supplies
* Cleaning, scrubbing, disinfecting and deodorizing bathrooms and kitchen areas
