JOB OPENING: Executive Chef (Jabal-Ali, UAE)

Salary: 900 per month

We are currently looking to hire a highly experienced Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations at our Jabal-Ali-based facility. The successful candidate will be in charge of planning, developing, and executing all of the restaurant's food-related activities.

Responsibilities
-Managing the kitchen staff and helping them develop a quality menu.
-Managing the preparation and presentation of meals according to the menu.
-Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
-Creating seasonal menus based on customer preferences and feedback.
-Managing staff scheduling, workloads, and inventory levels.

Requirements
-A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent
-Possess a comprehensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques
-Great understanding of kitchen safety, health regulations, and sanitation
