Position: Secretary
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1700 KWD

We are looking for an experienced, hard working and dedicated Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

The successful candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented with excellent communication skills and an ability to accurately prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
-Provide accurate and timely information and support to staff or visitors
-Manage office communications such as emails, memos, phone calls, etc.
-Handle incoming correspondence and other documents
-Schedule and organize office appointments and conferences
-Arrange travel and accommodations
-Prepare and maintain various documentation related to the office administration
-Maintain and update records such as contacts and customer databases

Requirements:
-High school diploma
-Previous experience in a similar position or relevant education
-Fluent in English and Arabic
