We are hiring an Office assistant to join our team in Jebel-Ali. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to staff throughout the organization, with a special focus on customer service.

Job Description:

The Office Assistant will work with the team to help maintain the office and storeroom in an organized and effective manner. Duties of the position include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Answering incoming calls and taking messages as needed

• Coordinating clerical office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, setting up meetings, and other related duties

• Working with the team to maintain office supplies and databases

• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

• Assisting in the ordering of supplies and product inventory

• Reconciling financial records and manages accounts payable
