Al-Kuwait is looking for a Secretary to join our team. We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that is firmly established in the region.
The ideal candidate should be highly responsible and organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed. He/she should also possess excellent computer skills and be comfortable working with different software programs.
The main duties of the Secretary include: managing communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments; creating documents such as correspondence, reports, presentations; preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings; maintaining filing systems; handling confidential information with absolute discretion; performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning documents etc.; providing administrative support for other departments when necessary.
In order to be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. He/she should also have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required as well as fluency in English language (written & spoken).
We are offering a salary of 1600 USD per month plus other benefits associated with the job position. We are open to considering foreign applicants for the position.
