Requirements:
•At least three years of experience as a secretary or related experience

Duties:
The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments within the organization. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, responding to emails and phone calls, organizing files, making travel arrangements, coordinating events, entering data into databases, maintaining records, and providing general assistance as needed. The Secretary will also provide excellent customer service by resolving any queries or complaints promptly and efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
