Job Responsibilities
• Supervise daily operations at Al-Kuwait
• Provide assistance to team members and customers when required
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels
• Handle any customer complaints or disputes
• Monitor employee performance
• Resolve any conflicts between team members
• Develop strategies to improve operations efficiency

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations is an advantage
