The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle Eastern region. We are open to considering an international candidate for the position, who is prepared to relocate if necessary.

The successful Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business, and managing staff productivity. They must ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time, and that any customer queries or complaints are dealt with in a professional manner. The Supervisor should also be able to identify areas of improvement within the team or business operations and make appropriate recommendations for change.

The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities, and have a keen eye for detail. They should also be comfortable working with people from different backgrounds, as well as having an understanding of relevant local laws and regulations when it comes to employee management.
