Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Secretary at Al-Kuwait. We are looking for someone who is organized and has excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and daily operations of the office. You will help manage projects, prioritize tasks and handle incoming inquiries as well as coordinate meetings and events. You should also have a good understanding of office procedures, policies and protocols.
Responsibilities
• Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage the daily operations of the office
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, emails, etc.
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Maintain office filing system
• Handle all incoming mail in a timely manner
• Assist with data entry tasks as needed
• Ensure that the office is maintained in neat condition at all times
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask effectively with great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
