We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have at least one year of relevant experience, a professional attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The main responsibilities of the Secretary include organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, writing emails, answering the phone and responding to customer inquiries. The Secretary should also be able to type quickly and accurately, process paperwork, update records, draft documents, maintain filing systems and use office equipment such as photocopiers/scanners/fax machines.

The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The ability to work under pressure is essential in this role. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who have the necessary qualifications and experience.

The salary for this position is 1700 per month.
