Job Description:
The Secretary will be responsible for managing office activities, handling administrative tasks, and providing general support to both internal and external customers. Duties may include but are not limited to scheduling meetings, organizing office events, answering phones, completing data entry tasks, responding to emails in a timely manner, ordering supplies as needed, preparing reports and other documents as required. The Secretary will also act as a liaison between departments within the organization.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently or with minimal supervision
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
