We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cashier to join the team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to efficiently manage cash and payment transactions.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of prior experience in a similar role or environment. Excellent math skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are also important qualities for this position.

The Cashier will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store, taking payments in the form of cash, credit cards, checks, etc., and providing receipts or change as necessary. Additionally, the Cashier will be expected to accurately count money in the register drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Other responsibilities include managing refunds and returns, keeping accurate records of transactions, maintaining a clean work area, following safety protocols, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written English language skills in order to interact with customers effectively. They should also be computer literate with good knowledge of computer operating systems including POS systems. A friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills is essential for success in this role.
