We are looking for a competent Secretary to support the operations of our company located in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing office operations and have a strong command of the English language with excellent writing and communication abilities.
The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications:
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, work independently and multitask
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Filing documents and maintaining accurate paper and electronic records
• Assist with customer service inquiries, as well as other administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, etc.
• Keep track of daily activities, maintain calendars and coordinate meetings based on management’s instructions
Desired Skills:
• Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately • Proactive attitude with a professional demeanor at all times • Highly organized individual with strong time management skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
