We are looking for a competent Secretary to support the operations of our company located in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing office operations and have a strong command of the English language with excellent writing and communication abilities.
The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications:
Requirements:
β’ High School diploma or equivalent
β’ A minimum of 1 year of office experience
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, work independently and multitask
Duties & Responsibilities:
β’ Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
β’ Filing documents and maintaining accurate paper and electronic records
β’ Assist with customer service inquiries, as well as other administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, etc.
β’ Keep track of daily activities, maintain calendars and coordinate meetings based on managementβs instructions
Desired Skills:
β’ Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately β’ Proactive attitude with a professional demeanor at all times β’ Highly organized individual with strong time management skills β’ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
