Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
The primary responsibilities of the Secretary include providing administrative and clerical support to the office, managing the correspondence of the office, scheduling appointments and meetings, preparing documents and reports, filing important documents, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the office.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of two years' relevant experience in an administrative role. A degree or diploma in secretarial studies or related field is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good organizational skills are essential for this role. The candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc., have an eye for detail with strong administrative skills and have a friendly attitude towards clients. In addition to this the candidate should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
