Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and professional secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of office operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be computer literate, and possess the ability to work well with minimal supervision. Additionally, experience in customer service is highly desirable.
The primary duties of the position include:
• Answering phones calls in a professional manner and responding to inquiries
• Managing correspondence with clients and colleagues
• Maintaining filing systems and databases
• Assisting with preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
• Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, events, etc.
• Ordering office supplies and stationery
• Carrying out other administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; however, a degree in business administration or a related area would be preferred. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong customer service abilities. We are ready to consider candidates from outside Kuwait that meet all other requirements. The salary offered is 1700 KD per month.
