Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive support to the management, managing calendars, coordinating staff travel and appointments, taking notes and memos, overseeing office supplies, handling confidential documents, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Candidate
• Proven experience as a Secretary or similar administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
• Knowledge of office management procedures
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• A friendly attitude with strong customer service orientation
Job Description
The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes but is not limited to managing calendars, making appointments, setting up meetings and video conferences, taking notes and memos during meetings, preparing letters and documents, overseeing office supplies ordering process as well as other general administrative duties. The Secretary must also be able to handle confidential documents in a professional manner. Additionally they must be able to work well under pressure and understand the importance of deadlines. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills both written and spoken as they need to interact with internal staff as well external clients on a daily basis.
