Algorithmics combines offline and online education to teach children from 6 to 17 years old.

We are opening our doors in June 2023 in Potsdam, Germany. We need a highly-motivated sales manager to work with parents who leave inquiries on our website, social media and messengers. We are searching for a person who wants to be a part of our dream team and build a great future with us.
Duties:
- Highly active telephone sales for incoming calls (no cold-calling)
- Communicating with clients via email and instant messengers
- Professional work with our constantly-updated client base
- Consulting clients and answering any questions that they may have
- Motivating clients to choose our school for their children, closing deals
- Keeping records of clients and all interactions with them in CRM system
- Issuing invoices
- Comply with the sales plan and KPI.
Requirements:
- Interest in the educational sector
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to listen to clients and hear their needs
- Motivated to produce sales
- Experience working in sales or with clients, a minimum of 1 year
- Experience with CRM (any)
- Have your own laptop/PC
- Quickly type on a laptop for emails and instant messengers
- Stable internet at home (where you will work)
- Superb English proficiency and German C1 or C2 level.
Conditions:
- Earnings are based on a fixed salary plus commission for each successful sale
- Salary will be discussed with each successful candidate
- A trial period - 1 month
- 100% of the time work is remote for the first year, after which we will open an office, but still work can be done remotely for sales team
- Workday: Monday-Friday 10:00 to 18:00 (schedule can be discussed and shifted)
- Dealing with a large number of incoming leads every day
