Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait and provide an excellent customer service experience while making delicious coffee drinks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent time management skills, and be well-versed in customer service best practices.

Requirements for the Candidate
• At least 2 years of barista experience
• Completion of a barista course or equivalent training
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of customer service best practices
• Attention to detail and an eye for quality control
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required (for foreigners)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a smile and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate orders from customers, process payments, and deliver orders quickly.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer specifications. • Manage inventories effectively by stocking shelves with fresh ingredients, supplies, and equipment. • Maintain cleanliness of the workspace by wiping surfaces, sweeping the floor, taking out trash, etc. • Ensure that all health regulations are being followed at all times. • Assist with other tasks as needed such as cleaning dishes or taking inventory.
