We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a large staff, providing guidance and direction, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and have the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels. They should also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring that all work is completed accurately. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to make decisions quickly when necessary.

The successful applicant will need to have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. Previous experience working with immigrants is also highly desirable.

The Supervisor will be tasked with recruiting new team members, conducting performance reviews, enforcing policies and procedures, and promoting a positive work environment for all staff members. In addition, this position will require the individual to handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts between staff members, oversee shift scheduling operations, create reports on employee productivity, review time sheets for accuracy, update inventory records as needed and respond to customer feedback in an appropriate manner.
