The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The Office Assistant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with daily operations such as filing, data entry, managing incoming/outgoing correspondence, and scheduling meetings;
• Answering phone calls from customers;
• Processing customer orders;
• Updating the company’s database;
• Providing general administrative assistance to staff members;
• Maintaining office supplies inventory;
• Assisting with travel arrangements.

Job Requirements:
