We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be expected to provide administrative and clerical support to the Department's executives, including arranging meetings, taking notes, managing emails, managing calendars and other associated duties.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills. They must also have the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not essential. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drafting meeting agendas for executive staff
-Arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders
-Taking notes during meetings or events
-Managing emails, calendars, and other associated tasks
-Assisting in data entry tasks as required
-Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
