Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role offers a competitive salary of 1300 KD. We are open to considering applicants with no prior experience for the position.
Primary Responsibilities
• Maintain office supplies, organization and filing systems
• Provide administrative support to other departments
• Prepare documents, reports and presentations in accordance with company standards
• Take minutes during meetings as required
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and direct inquiries appropriately
• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed
• Handle confidential information in accordance with company policies
• Ensure office areas are neat and presentable at all times
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
