Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and as per agreed timelines
• Ensure that all employees adhere to safety regulations at all times
• Develop strategies and goals to improve productivity, quality, and profitability of the business
• Manage staff performance and provide guidance when needed, including training new personnel
• Oversee customer service processes, identify areas for improvement, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare reports on progress of projects and overall performance of personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, etc.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety rules or reporting any hazards or accidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as supervisor or similar position (minimum 5 years)
• Excellent communication skills (oral/written) with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to think analytically, problem solve efficiently and make sound decisions quickly
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1100 Al-Kuwaiti Dinars per month. We are also open to considering immigrants for this position.
