Job Title: Secretary
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KWD
We are looking for a motivated and professional Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office and ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments, organize meetings, and maintain records of important documents.
• Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required.
• Handle general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain an organized office environment.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English (writing & speaking). Knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not essential.
• Proven experience in a similar position is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
