We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing direction and support to staff, delegating tasks and overseeing the performance of daily operations. Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a service industry
• A degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to handle challenging situations with poise and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
